A: Currently, the only 2 provinces that allow custom made wine to be served (not sold) at weddings, with a Special Occasion Permit, are British Columbia and Ontario. However, custom made wine can be served at home in any province for an engagement party, rehearsal dinner, gift opening or any other gathering before or after the wedding. A: In general you should plan to serve two 150ml servings per guest. If you have 150 guests that would equal 300, 150ml servings which is equal to 60 bottles of wine or 2 wine kits. See our Servings Math for some easy calculations to help you plan how much wine you'll need.
